I build and ship web products end to end: Next.js and React on the front, Node.js and Prisma/PostgreSQL on the back, and real-time systems on Cloudflare Workers and Durable Objects. My background is public-health IT in Brazil (health data, interoperability, LGPD, AI governance). I work AI-first with Claude Code, and I'm available full-time as a contractor, invoicing from Brazil.

3D virtual office in the browser, rebuilt from a real floor plan and in production for a public-health IT department. Proximity voice over WebRTC fades with distance, with video on request, screen sharing and room booking; one Cloudflare Durable Object runs presence, the API and a SQLite database.

Public climate-risk dashboard covering all 417 municipalities of Bahia, down to neighborhood level in three cities. Ten-day rainfall forecasts feed an auditable risk model, and the AI chat only phrases results from deterministic tools instead of producing numbers itself.

Tech magazine built on a daily pipeline over Brazil's public-procurement portal (PNCP) that verifies IT purchases item by item. The daily edition runs on its own: LLM-drafted stories must pass source and fact checks before they go live. It also has an English edition and a members' club.

Real-time browser MMORPG drawn as Brazilian woodcut prints, all rendered in code. The account is a family: a character's permanent death becomes a verse in a public chronicle and an heir carries on. The authoritative server runs on a Cloudflare Durable Object; phones get touch controls.

Runs several LLMs side by side (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Groq), has them critique each other and synthesizes one answer.
